Position Summary:

Duties will include janitorial cleaning of community common areas, Work is inside and outside cleaning. Must be able to drive own vehicle. We supply all cleaning supplies and equipment.

This is a full time position. Regular hours and Monday through Friday.

* Part-time night and weekend positions available as well.

Position Requirements:

• Clean background 
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to communicate in English (not required) 
• Driver's License (Required)
• Reliable form of transportation as you need to use your vehicle to get to the work locations
• Military experienced is highly valued
• Attention to detail
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America
